I am a qualified counsellor working with individuals and couples, a psychosexual therapist, sex addiction therapist and counselling supervisor with a Certificate in Relationship Counselling, a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychosexual Therapy, a Professional Certificate in Sex Addiction and a Diploma in Supervision. My psychosexual qualification is higher than that held by many sex therapists.

I have 35 years of experience working as a counsellor, initially with Relate and subsequently in my private practice.

I am an accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I adhere to their professional and ethical standards. I am also a senior accredited member of the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT).

I am a member of the Association for the Treatment of Sexual Addiction and Compulsivity (ATSAC). I am also registered with StopSo (Sexual Offending).

I am an accredited supervisor with COSRT and registered as a supervisor with StopSo.

I have a BSc and MSc in Statistics and I had a successful career first as a statistician and then in general management.

I held senior management positions in three organisations and I believe that I can understand the personal and family pressures that work can generate.
